Track activity of my account in GoTo Admin

Use the activity tab to view granular information about changes that have occurred in your account, who made the change, and when.

Before you begin: You must be assigned an admin or Super admin role to perform this task.

Sign in to GoTo Admin.
From Home > Activity > > + Add filter to filter by date, admin, activity type and/or status.
We do not currently have device or location activity history.
Once selections have been made, each activity will display the following information:
- Admin who initiated the activity.
- Action that occurred.
- Name of user(s) that the activity affected.
- Date and time completed.
- Status of the activity (success or failure).
For more information: hover over an activity and then select See Details where available.
