How do I set up network callback?
If your wi-fi drops a call, receive a callback using your cellular network to your phone number.
This feature is currently only available in the mobile app.
- From the mobile app, select your profile picture from the top left.
- Select Phone & voicemail and then select Call Options.
- From My mobile number, select Add number.
- Enter your phone number and then select Save.
- Enable Network callback from Call options and then verify the phone number for callback.
What to do next: When your wi-fi drops a call, you will receive a call to your phone number to continue your call. The person on the other end of the call will hear a reconnecting tone until the call resumes.
