How do I set up Active Directory User Provisioning?
Create, edit, and delete users from the GoTo Active Directory to reflect your changes in the admin portal. This feature is in public beta.

The article below is meant for admins who use PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx. - Set up your domain in the GoTo Organization Center.
- Install the GoTo Active Directory Connector.
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select User Synchronizations in the left navigation menu.
- Enable Turn on Active Directory Synchronization with Jive.
- Select Export Errors to CSV and then open the .csv from your downloads.
- Fix any errors found in the GoTo Active Directory.
