How do I provision a device using one touch activation?
This is the default method for setting up your phones as it provides the most seamless experience for you.
- Admin activated — recommended for <20 users/devices
- User activated — recommended for 20+ users/devices
The Admin activated instructions only work in the GoTo Admin portal https://admin.goto.com and cannot be done in the PBX Administration (classic) portal https://my.jive.com/pbx. If you are an Admin using the PBX Administration (classic) portal and would like to activate a device in the new GoTo Admin portal, simply sign into https://admin.goto.com using your normal PBX Administration credentials and follow the video tutorial!
