View and manage all of your audio files in one place.

If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.
Manage audio library
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin
role to perform this task.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From , you will be able to view lists of all your sound clips, hold music files, and playlists.
- Optional: Choose your viewing preferences:
Viewing preference How-to Customize the table settings Select to customize the table settings in this overview. Filter the list Select to narrow down the list by product, role, or status. Sort the list Select a column header. - Choose what you want to do:
Option How-to Add a sound clip or music file Select + Add media to add a sound clip or music file to your account. Add a playlist Select + Add playlist to add a playlist to your account. Play a sound clip From the Sound clips tab, hover over an entry and select . Download a sound clip From the Sound clips tab, hover over an entry and select . Delete a sound clip From the Sound clips tabs, hover over an entry and select . Add hold music to a playlist From the Hold music tab, hover over an entry and select to add that file to a playlist. Play hold music From the Hold music tab, hover over an entry and select . Delete a playlist From the Playlists tab, hover over a custom playlist and select . Change a file Select a specific entry to make changes. - Optional: Set your hold music on an individual phone number, line, ring group, call queue or system-wide using your playlist.
PBX Administration (classic)

Manage hold music library
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- From the left navigation, select Hold Music.
- Choose what you want to do:
Option How-to Add a playlist Select to add a playlist to your account. Upload music to a playlist In the Playlist section, select the playlist name so it is highlighted. To the right, it will show what music is uploaded to that playlist. Then select the icon to add a file to a playlist. Play hold music In the Playlist section, select the playlist name so it is highlighted. To the right, it will show what music is uploaded to that playlist. Then select the icon. Delete a playlist From the Playlists section, hover over a custom playlist and select the icon. Change a file Select the icon. - Optional: Set your hold music on an individual phone number, line, ring group, call queue or system-wide using your playlist.
Manage sound clip library
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- From the left navigation, select Sound clips.
- Choose what you want to do:
Option How-to Add a sound clip or music file Select Upload to upload an existing file or select Record create your own sound clip file to your account. Play a sound clip Hover over an entry and select the icon. Download a sound clip Hover over an entry and select the icon. Delete a sound clip Hover over an entry and select the icon. Change a file Select the icon.
Download a sound clip
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select Sound Clips in the left sidebar.
- Choose the download icon for the file you would like to download.
- Select the desired file type:
- Original file type (.wav)
- Convert file to .mp3
- Select Ok.
