Integrate with Unified Zoho
Integrate your phone system with Unified Zoho. Each time you make or receive calls, Zoho automatically looks for any customers that match the caller ID and logs the call with options to edit customer accounts or add call notes. Zoho CRM is the only version of Zoho currently supported with the Unified Zoho integration.
Migrate from Zoho CRM
Unlink Zoho CRM and then connect GoTo Connect to Unified Zoho with Phonebridge v3 for a better integration experience.
- Log in to the Integrations Dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations/.
- Select Zoho CRM in the left sidebar and then select Unlink Account.
- Follow the steps above to integrate with Unified Zoho.
Migrate from Zoho Desk
Unlink Zoho Desk and then connect GoTo Connect to Unified Zoho with Phonebridge v3 for a better integration experience.
- Log in to the Integrations Dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations/.
- Select Zoho Desk in the left sidebar.
- From the Admin tab, select Disable Zoho Desk Integration to unlink the Zoho Desk integration for the users in your organization.
- From Zoho Desk, go to and then enable Telephony (or PhoneBridge). You may not have this option if this setting has already been enabled.
- Follow the steps above to integrate with Unified Zoho.
