How do I integrate with Microsoft Dynamics?

Integrate your phone system with Microsoft Dynamics. Each time you make a call or receive calls, the integration automatically looks for any customers that match the caller ID and logs the call with options to edit your customer account, add call notes, or schedule upcoming activities.

Before you begin:
Note: On December 31, 2020, the Microsoft Dynamics integration, will no longer be supported.
Note: For the integration to function properly, you must install .net framework 4.7.1 or higher (download here).
  1. Download the Jive Dialer.
  2. From Microsoft Dynamics, go to Settings > Solutions.
  3. Click Microsoft Dynamics Import Icon in the toolbar.
  4. Click Choose File to browse for and select the downloaded Jive Dialer zip file.
  5. Click Next and then click Import.
  6. Download Jive – CRM.
  7. Open and run the downloaded install file.
  8. Open Jive – CRM.
  9. Enter your Microsoft Dynamics User Name and Password and then click Login.
What to do next: When you initiate a call from the app using click to call, it first sends the call to your desk phone or GoToConnect, waits for you to pick it up, and then finally completes the call to the outbound number.
