How do I enable login for a user?

Enable web login for a user so they can customize their settings, use our softphone apps, and access other tools.

Important: Please excuse our mess while we improve your admin experience! We are in the process of migrating all accounts to the new admin experience. The article below is meant for admins who use https://my.jive.com/pbx to administrate their account. Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Users in the left sidebar and then choose the user that needs login access.
  3. From General > Identity, enter an Email.

    Note: If the user was created without an email initially, you will see Set Email Address instead of Email. Toggle this setting on to enter the email address as instructed.
    Note: The email address the user enters during registration must match this field. If there is a mismatch, the user will not be able to log in.

  4. Turn on Allow Web Login.
  5. Click Save.
