How do I change my outgoing caller ID?
Change which phone number you're using to make outbound calls if you have access to multiple phone numbers.
Note: A system admin must enable outbound caller ID selection on your phone numbers to change your outgoing caller ID.
Desktop & Web app
- From the desktop or web app, select Phone from the left navigation menu.
- Above the keypad, choose the desired phone number to make your outgoing call from the Calling from drop-down menu.
Mobile app
- From the mobile app, select .
- From the drop-down menu above the number pad, choose the desired phone number to make your outgoing call.
