Use this star code to answer a call ringing on a colleague's phone (directed call pickup) from your desk.

1. While the other phone is ringing, dial *97 from your phone.
   For the mobile app, enter *97 followed by the extension number on the dial pad before dialing.
2. Enter the extension receiving the inbound call.
