How do I add a sound clip to a call filter?

Play a designated sound clip for a call filter and then end the call without providing any further options.

Before you begin:
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Call Filters in the left sidebar and then click Admin Portal Edit Icon for the filter that requires a sound clip.
  3. Choose Sound Clip for the Action.
  4. Choose the desired sound clip from the new dropdown and then click Admin Portal Checkmark Icon.

    Note: The call will be terminated after the sound clip plays.
