Add a playlist
Before you begin:
You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From , select + Add playlist.
- Enter a name for the playlist.
- Select Save when complete.
- Add songs to your playlist and customize the settings as needed.

How do I create a custom hold music playlist?
Create customizable playlists with any audio files to use for specific phone numbers, lines (including ringback), call queues, and ring groups.
Before you begin:
