Access the contact center portal to view real-time and historical data through a variety of reports and metrics.
Before you begin:
You must have view reports or super admin permissions.
Sign in at https://my.jive.com/cc.
Tip: You can also access the contact center portal from your admin portal or from within our other apps using the app switcher.
What to do next: Learn about the available
reports. If you are trying to access the agent, supervisor, or admin portions of Support Center, log in to
our GoTo app. If you are on the Complete plan or if you purchased the Support Center plan as of June 9, 2021 all features and reports for your experience are available in
our GoTo app instead of the contact center portal.
