Fix SSL error
Troubleshooting the SSL error in the mobile app.
The GoTo mobile app now uses SSL pinning to enhance the security of its users' data. By implementing SSL pinning, GoTo ensures that the app only communicates with its trusted servers, protecting sensitive information. This added security measure helps prevent man-in-the-middle attacks, where attackers might try to intercept or tamper with data by presenting fake certificates. By using SSL pinning, GoTo reinforces user privacy and maintains the integrity of its secure connections.
If for any reason you need to go through a network proxy that is known to serve its own certificate(s), please contact your network administrator to exclude the following domains:
- webrtc.jive.com
- api.jive.com
- calendar-integration.services.goto.com
- global.gotomeeting.com
- apiglobal.gotomeeting.com
- api.services.gotomeeting.com
- xmpp.servers.getgo.com
- iam.servers.getgo.com
