If you are able to sign in to your GoTo product account, you can change the password that you use to sign in.
Before you begin
- If you are a part of a corporate account that has enforced Enterprise Sign-In (SSO) as the only option for sign in, contact your Admin to change your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
- Sign in to My Account at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
- Select Sign In & Security in the left navigation.
- From Password, select Edit.
- Under Current password, fill in your current account password.
- Under New password and Confirm new password, fill in your desired password.
Tip: If you want to view the password you are typing, select at the end of any of the password fields.
- Select Save.
