How do I create a user?

Create a standalone user without a device or line.

You must have admin or super admin permissions.

  1. Log in at
  2. Click Users in the left sidebar and then click Add User.
  3. Enter the user's Name and Email.
  4. Click Admin Portal Checkmark Icon and then click the new user to configure its settings.
To bring your user to life, assign them a device, add them into a user group, or give them various permissions.
