Personalize Your Meetings with a Meeting Link

Organizers can personalize meetings with a memorable link and a personalized start page. You can then copy and send the invitation to attendees or share the direct meeting link.

  1. Log in at
  2. Click Create Meeting to schedule a new meeting.
  3. Click the Personalization tab and check the "Personalize your meeting" box.
  4. Add a meeting name to the link and choose a theme. Meeting name will be appended at the end of your personal meeting page link.
  5. Click Save.
