What do I do if I'm not eligible for a free trial?
If you see a “Not eligible for trial" message when you are trying to sign up for a trial, try the following:
- Sign up for a trial with an email address different from the one you were using before. It is possible you have already signed up for a trial with that email address.
- Be sure you are entering a complete first and last name.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache.
- Log in to your existing account as you may already have an account with us.
