How do I connect my AWS bucket for call recordings?
Connect your Amazon bucket to your GoTo Connect account to store your recordings in your personal AWS account.
Call recording laws vary based on location. It is your responsibility to understand these laws before you enable call recording.
Important: We're in the process of migrating all accounts to the new GoTo Admin. Choose your current admin experience for the applicable steps on this topic.

If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.

Before you begin:
You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task. You will need your AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key from Amazon after you set up an Amazon S3 bucket. For help setting up your bucket, refer to

- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- Select Settings in the left navigation menu.
- Next, select .
- From Recording destination choose Custom AWS storage from the drop-down menu.
- From Connect AWS storage, select Connect.
- Enter the following:
- AWS access key ID
- AWS secret access key
- Bucket name
- Select Save.

- You will need your AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key from Amazon after you set up an Amazon S3 bucket. For help setting up your bucket, refer to How do I set up an AWS bucket for call recording storage?.
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select System Settings in the left navigation menu.
- From , click Connect AWS.
- Enter the following:
- AWS access key ID
- AWS secret access key
- Bucket name
- Select Apply and then select Save.
