How do I choose a corporate directory (LDAP) for a phone?

Assign a default LDAP directory to all of your phones.

Change the Default Corporate Directory System-Wide

Sign in to GoTo Admin.
Select Settings in the left navigation menu.
From Phones > Calls, choose the desired Corporate Directory from the drop-down list.
Select Save.

Change the Default Corporate Directory on a Single Device

Sign in to GoTo Admin.
Select Devices in the left navigation menu and then choose the phone that requires a different directory than the default directory.
From Settings > General > Corporate directory, disable Use system default and choose a directory from the drop-down list.
Select Save.
Resync the device to apply the changes.
