How do I choose a corporate directory (LDAP) for a phone?

    Assign a default LDAP directory to all of your phones.

    Change the Default Corporate Directory System-Wide

    1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
    2. Select Settings in the left navigation menu.
    3. From Phones > Calls, choose the desired Corporate Directory from the drop-down list.
    4. Select Save.

    Change the Default Corporate Directory on a Single Device

    1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
    2. Select Devices in the left navigation menu and then choose the phone that requires a different directory than the default directory.
    3. From Settings > General > Corporate directory, disable Use system default and choose a directory from the drop-down list.
    4. Select Save.
    5. Resync the device to apply the changes.
